Usage

• 1. Loosen the cable on the left and right sides of the ankle.
• 2. Pull the knob upward (click), adjust and loosen the ankle guard left and right, and release the cable.
• 3. (Method 1) Press the knob downward and ensure it is fastened (clicking sound). (Method 2) If the knob unable to be pressed down into the latch, turn the knob clockwise and press it down.
• 4. The ankle guard is shared between the left and right sides, slot feet into the ankle guard from top to bottom, ensure the heel is wrapped in the rear opening and make sure that the left and right-side braces are on both sides of the ankle joint.
• 5. Turn the knob clockwise direction to tighten cable and achieve fixed position. Stop turning the knob after reaching the suitable tightness, the cable will be fixed at the adjusted tightness. To release or remove, repeat opposite steps.
• 6. Strap the left and right straps, forward through the back of the foot around the bottom of the foot, according to the appropriate degree of elasticity, the straps will be Velcroed to the same side of the adhesive straps.

Storage & Cleaning

• Separate the aluminum bracket from the body of the guard before cleaning.
• Hand wash recommended, use a neutral detergent, rub soiled area gently and wash with water. Do not use bleach to wash. Leave to dry after washing.
• Leave to dry after washing and avoid leaving under sunlight.
• Do not place in high temperature areas (such as: sunlight exposure) to avoid material deformation and shortening of shelf life
• Do not wipe or scrub the product with brushes or sharp objects to avoid damage.
