Product Description

• 1. Using advanced soft washable metal film technology, the circuit is designed into a bendable heater, which is ergonomically made into a light and comfortable protective gear with excellent coverage.
• 2. Intelligent temperature control adjustment, temperature band free adjustment.
• 3. The heat penetration of the heat pack can evenly conduct heat to the deeper layers of the skin effectively allowing the area to be heated to promote blood circulation achieving heat effect therapy.
• 4. The heat penetrates deep into the muscles and helps release muscle tension and relieve body aches.
• 5. It is a good choice for post-exercise repair and maintenance as it can enhances soothing effect on post-exercise fatigue.
• 6. The function of the retainer is to support, immobilize the torso, upper or lower extremities for muscle strains or ligament sprains.
• 7. Before usage, ensure it is connected to the USB 5V/2A or more output power port; out with USB mobile power or 3 AA 4 battery pack.
• 8. In case of emergency, unplug the DC connector of the USB cable first.
• 9. Fabric material is made of anti-mildew, anti-bacterial and deodorizing fabric, tested by SGS. The anti-bacterial activity value of Candida albicans is 2.9, and the fabric is tested after 30 times of washing. No colony formation of pneumonia bacteria has been found; tested by the national impartial test. The inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli is as high as 99.9%, deodorization rate is as high as 96%, tested by the Institute of Agricultural Science and Technology, and the inhibition rate of cat coronavirus is as high as 99.7%.

Instructions for usage

• 1. Put Multipurpose Heating Support on and adjust it to a comfortable position.
• 2. Connect the USB connector to the power source.
• 3. Short press the power switch to turn on.
• 4. Press the switch, single touch setting change, temperature switch: (HIGH)→ (MIDDLE) →(LOW) →Off.
• 5. Press and hold for 3 seconds, the light becomes flashing state, automatic timer starts 30 minutes. 

Storage & Maintenance

• 1. Separate the control connector first, do not keep controller in contact with water or expose in sunlight, which may damage product.
• 2. Only hand wash, using a neutral detergent, gently rub the soiled area and rinse with water. Do not wash with bleach.
• 3. Unplug the controller and put it in a laundry bag, wash it in water.
• 4. Storage method: unplug the controller to prolong shelf life, do not re-press, twist or squeeze the product.
• 5. Do not place under high temperature environment (such as: sunlight exposure) To avoid material deformation and shortening of shelf life.
• 6. Do not wipe or scrub the product with brushes or sharp objects to avoid damage.
• 7. Due to temperature differences, foam products will produce heat expansion and cold shrinkage phenomenon, this is a normal phenomenon and it does not affect usage.
• 8. New NEOPRENE product material will have a slight plastic odor. It is recommended to place product in a ventilated area before usage.
