Usage

• 1. Pull the knob upward and outwards to loosen the cable on wrist guard.
• 2. (Method 1) Press the knob downward to ensure that the knob clicks to indicate fastened (clicking sound).(Method 2) If the knob cannot be pressed down into the latch, turn the knob clockwise and press it down.
• 3. The wrist guard is shared between the left and right side, with an opening on each side of the palm guard, the right opening for the left thumb and the left opening for the right thumb. Put your hand into the wrist guard, place thumb through the opening on the side of the wrist guard and make sure the brace is in the center of the palm.
• 4. Turn the knob in clockwise direction to tighten cable and achieve fixed position, after adjusting appropriate degree of tension, stop turning the knob, the cable will be fixed at the adjusted degree of tension. To release or remove the wrist guard, repeat opposite steps.

Storage and Cleaning

• Separate the aluminum bracket from the body of the guard before cleaning.
• Hand wash recommended, use a neutral detergent, rub soiled area gently and wash with water. Do not use bleach to wash. Leave to dry after washing.
• Leave to dry after washing and avoid leaving under sunlight.
• Do not place in high temperature areas (such as: sunlight exposure) to avoid material deformation and shortening of shelf life.
• Do not wipe or scrub the product with brushes or sharp objects to avoid damage.
